Aura Garrido is a Spanish actor and actress on television. She has acted in Stockholm and also in the TV shows like El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid in 1989. Tomas Garrido, her father is an orchestra conductor and composer. Her mother, Pilar Sanchez is a painter. In her fourth year, she began taking lessons in piano and soon after, she began ballet. She can speak English due to her english-speaking friend as a child. When she finished her high school studies, she enrolled herself in the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico located in Madrid, she took interpretation until her third year specializing in interpretation of text, however she dropped out in the year 2010 due to being selected for the role in Planes para manana. This role earned her an award of the Silver Biznaga for best supporting actress and a Goya Awards nomination in the most outstanding breakthrough actress category in addition to other nominations.
