In the July issue of Vanity Fair from July 2003, she was listed as one of the hottest teens of this year. In 2004, Vega made two films: Sleepover, and State's Evidence. In 2005 she was a part of the Lifetime TV movie Odd Girl Out, as one of the victims of cyber-bullying. In 2006, she was a star in another made-for-TV movie, Walkout; and finished filming Remember the Daze, which premiered in theaters with a limited release in April 2007. Repo was shot and completed.
